About the role

As the right-hand person to the CEO, you'll be at the heart of Kleep's operations and strategy, working directly with Federico. This is a highly responsible position, where you'll have the opportunity to explore all aspects of a rapidly growing company.

Your duties include:

• Sales: Customer acquisition and management, establishing partnerships, and developing sales materials.
• Tech: Researching new technologies and their potential use-cases for Kleep.
• Finance: Supporting investor relations and monitoring the business plan.
• Product: Product testing, identifying new features.
• Image & Marketing: Promoting the Kleep brand on social media and in newsletters.
• Strategy: Benchmarking competitors, market analysis.
• HR: Assisting in sourcing new profiles.

Who you are

• You’re curious, creative, and proactive, always looking for better ways to engage
• You’re organized and goal-oriented, able to structure your work and follow up efficiently
• You’re interested in B2B SaaS and innovation
• Previous experience in ops is a plus, but not mandatory
• Languages: professional in English or French is required
• Education: ****M1 / M2 level
